Why families choose Kezia Psychology

A practice built around the whole family, not just the appointment.

We started Kezia Psychology because most children's struggles don't live in a 50-minute session — they live at the dinner table, the school gate and 7am on a Tuesday. So our work always includes the people around your child, not just your child.

  • Evidence-based approaches (CBT, play therapy, parent-child interaction therapy)
  • Plain-language updates for parents after every block of sessions
  • In-clinic, school-based or telehealth — whatever fits your week

Our approach

A path, not a waiting room.

Here's exactly what happens between your first message and your first real breakthrough.

1

Reach out

Send a message or book a free 15-minute call. Tell us what's going on — no forms yet.

2

Meet & match

We match you with the psychologist best suited to your child's age and situation.

3

Build a plan

Together, we set goals you can actually see progress on — not vague, not forever.

4

Grow at your pace

Regular check-ins with you as a parent, so support at home keeps up with the sessions.

Meet Kezia

The psychologist behind the practice.

Kezia Parker

Registered Psychologist

Kezia works with children, teens and their families to make sense of big emotions and challenging everyday moments. She's a strong advocate for early intervention and for person-centred, neuro-affirming care, and sees therapy as a collaborative practice — helping young people and their families draw on their strengths, connect with the right supports, and work toward the goals that matter most to them.
